We ordered 3 large bags of top soil from yourselves to be delivered. The van arrived and had problems with parking (we are on a steep busy hill), the driver done all he could to get as close to our drop off point that he could.
I felt compelled to email you regarding this driver. I have been in these premises for almost 6 years and have had lots of negative experiences with delivery drivers over this time, I have never met a driver like your driver. He was sweet, kind and a genuinely lovely man.
After he dropped the soil he asked what we were doing to the garden, He came up the stairs to see the work that we had already completed. He asked lots of questions about the Nursery and was an absolute breath of fresh air.
We are all very quick to telephone or email when we have complaints to make but sometimes are too busy to give credit when it is due.
You should be very proud of your driver, he is a credit to your company and I will certainly recommend you to anyone that needs gardening materials.
