Our current lead time for deliveries is within 4 - 5 days. We politely ask our customers NOT to contact us regarding their order unless 5 working days have lapsed since the date of order. Like many other businesses we currently have a reduced work force. Staff are working hard to fulfill internet orders while continuing to serve our Trade Customers, and unnecessary communications is putting a strain on resources. Please note that all items we have available to purchase are listed on our website. Please avoid phoning to check if we have products that you can't see on our website, as we do not. We are still following government guidelines regarding the COVID-19 and are not permitting members of the public into our store until the restrictions have been lifted. This means that unfortunately we do not currently have 25 kg bags of our products available for purchase at the moment.
