OUR CURRENT LEAD TIME FOR DELIVERIES IS APPROX 3 - 5 WORKING DAYS.
We have extended our local delivery area for deliveries made using our own vehicles. These will be delivered by a large goods vehicle and offloaded by either a hi-ab (crane) or a moffett mounty forklift. Our delivery terms are to the nearest kerbside or hard standing, although our drivers do try to accommodate customer requests if they are able to and it is safe to do so. Please let us know of any deliver restrictions in advance
Deliveries outwith our local delivery zone will be made via a pallet network. The goods will be delivered to the nearest kerbside, by an articulated lorry with a Tail Lift.
The following criteria applies to pallet network deliveries:
- The ground and road needs to be a flat, level and hard standing
- Pallets can sometimes be moved short distances over flat, smooth ground but cannot be moved up or down hill due to weight
- Delivery will be made to the kerbside. Special instructions are followed at the driver’s discretion although it should not be counted on and you should have plans in place to move the pallet yourself.
- The price quoted on our website assumes that the order is made in one delivery. If, for any reason the delivery cannot be made in one delivery, or not at all, all costs incurred (including additional charges if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer
Tail Lift offload is different from our usual offload methods of using a hi-ab crane or a forklift. Please make sure you have provisions in place to move the products once delivered as the delivery will not be placed in your garden.

Our intention is to run our own vehicles as much as we can however we hope that our current delivery options for further afield will be welcome as a good alternative to not offering any deliveries at all.
