We are delighted to introduce our new Turf Manager, John Rushforth.

John has a wealth of experience and is well known within the turf industry, having started his career in turf management over 40 years ago. He has worked on a number of golf courses, bowling greens and well-known Premier League Football Clubs, providing a high level of pitch care to help them maintain the quality standards expected within the industry.

Johns most recent accolade was the establishment and development of a national turf care contractor. During his time there, he played an active role in procuring a large client base and took great pleasure in meeting their needs and seeing first hand the results of the company’s hard work.

John is looking forward to taking the reigns of turf development at Peacock Turfscape, helping us to maintain the turf quality that our customers know and love along with helping us realise our ambitions to develop our turf offering.

It’s not all green fingers and thumbs for John. Out with work he enjoys an active lifestyle and spends time on DIY projects.
