Peacock Turfscape was chosen as the turf supplier for a new social housing site in Motherwell. The site contractor, Michael Jackson Plant Hire, chose freshly grown turf from Peacock Turfscape for the new site commissioned by Wilson Developments as they had tight timescales and knew the company would be able to deliver on time. The site required over 2000 m2 of turf to be laid over a couple of days - during the warmest week of the year!

Peacock Turfscape worked to Michael Jackson Plant Hire's specifications, delivering turf to site when required and harvesting extra for collection to help complete the job on time.

We visited tour customer to capture some photos of the works being carried out. It was great to see how efficiently the team worked together to turf the amenity areas and individual gardens on the site!

All areas were laid within the agreed timescales and a strict watering regime was put in place to water the turf in and keep it hydrated for the first few weeks. We think the boys did a great job - especially in the extremely high temperatures we were experiencing at the time!
