Within our local area, we use our own vehicles and offload via crane (hi-ab) or forklift where possible. Deliveries are made to the nearest kerbside or hard standing, though our drivers will happily accommodate reasonable access requests wherever safe.
Deliveries are carried out at the driver’s discretion to ensure safety for all parties. If access is restricted or unsuitable, delivery may be rescheduled or returned, and additional charges may apply.
For customers outside our local zone, we use trusted external hauliers or pallet networks.
Delivering to kerbside with a tail lift, please note the following for pallet deliveries:

The delivery surface (road/garden) should be flat, level, and firm.

Pallets can be moved a short distance over smooth ground, but not up or down steep slopes.

Tail lift offload differs from our usual crane or forklift method — so please have help or equipment ready to move your load.

Quotes assume delivery in a single drop. If multiple drop-offs or redeliveries are needed, these costs will be passed on to the customer.

If you have any access restrictions, tight entry points, or special delivery notes (gates, low bridges, etc.), just let us know at the time of order and we we’ll do our best to plan accordingly.
